A deck of cards workout is a great way to get your workout in and have fun! Here's how to do it yourself!
- - A deck of cards has four suits - hearts, clubs, spades, and diamonds. For a deck of cards workout, you assign a different exercise to each suit.
- - Once you have assigned an exercise to each suit, it's time to get to work! Start your timer, and flip over the first card. Let's say it's the 8 of clubs. This means you'll do 8 reps of the exercise you assigned to clubs! If you flip over a face card or an Ace, here’s how many reps to do:
- Jack = 11 reps
- Queen = 12 reps
- King = 13 reps
- Ace = 20 reps!
- - That's it! Go through the whole deck and you've done an awesome workout!
Bonus Tips!
Tip #1: Adjust the difficulty of the exercises to make your workout harder or a little easier. For an extra challenge, set two suits to the same exercise!
Tip #2: Try a family workout! Get your parents or siblings to workout with you!
